• How does the analysis work?

- Dip the test strip into the pool or spa.
- Wait 10 seconds and scan the test strip immediately using the app, aligning it within the frame (To ensure accurate results, it is essential not to scan the strip in direct sunlight.)
It is important to scan the test strip immediately (risk of inaccurate results)
- Poolyse detects colours, calculates pH, chlorine, bromine, alkalinity and stabiliser levels, and provides recommended dosages.
- Results appear within seconds.

• What advice do you have on how to maintain my swimming pool properly?

- It is best to treat the water in the evening, after swimming
- Leave the filtration system running after adding the product
- Never mix products together
- Always pour the product into the water, not the other way round
- Use products suitable for your type of treatment
- Choose high-quality products (from a specialist pool supplier)

Poolyse allows you to:

Secure payment via the App Store or Google Play.Access to the app’s features may vary depending on the selected language or the user’s region.

5. Responsibilities

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) set out the terms and conditions governing the sale of paid services offered by the Poolyse app.
By downloading the Poolyse app or taking out a subscription, the user fully and unreservedly accepts these GTC.

2. Description of services

Poolyse offers:- a limited free trial, including a limited number of analyses and temporary access to Premium features
- a Premium subscription providing full access to analyses and advanced featuresThe available features are described in the app.

3. Access to the app

To access the app, you will need:
- a compatible smartphone,
- an internet connection,
- to create a user account.
The publisher cannot be held liable for any interruptions or service outages caused by network issues or external factors.

4. Subscriptions and prices

Poolyse offers a subscription plan:
- Subscription (monthly / six-monthly / annual): access to all advanced features.
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes, and may vary by country depending on the rules of the app stores (Apple App Store / Google Play Store).
The applicable rates are those displayed in the app at the time of purchase.

Subscription fees are managed and billed by Apple or Google, depending on which app store is used.

5. Payment

Payments are handled by:
- Apple (App Store) for iOS users,
- Google (Google Play) for Android users.
Users must comply with the terms and conditions of these platforms.
The publisher of Poolyse does not store any payment details.

6. Renewal and termination

Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless the user cancels them at least 24 hours before the expiry date.
Cancellation must be carried out:
- via Apple Account settings for iOS,
- via Google Play for Android.
Poolyse cannot issue any refunds, in accordance with Apple and Google’s policies.
For any refund requests: the user must contact the relevant app store.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in respect of:
- digital content supplied immediately after purchase and the performance of which has begun with the user’s prior consent.
By purchasing the subscription, the user acknowledges:

Poolyse provides recommendations based on the analysed data, for guidance only.
The user remains solely responsible for:

- incorrect use of the test strips,
- water contamination due to incorrect dosing.

9. Intellectual property

All elements of the Poolyse app (design, text, algorithms, images, logo, etc.) are protected by applicable laws.
Any reproduction, distribution or modification is strictly prohibited without authorisation.

10. Data Protection (GDPR)

Poolyse collects only the data necessary for the app to function:
